I don't know if I was actually gone long enough to be missed BUT I have been in the Carolinas for the last six days and just got home last night. I tried to blog a little while I was gone but it was really hard to stay focused with so much beautiful coastline...
After much deliberation, I have decided to post my travel log by day, beginning with last Thursday. I tried to squeeze as many new experiences into this trip as I possibly could.
And while I loved everything, I have to say that lying on the beach with my book beat everything else by a mile.
In fact, I did so much waxing poetic over Myrtle Beach via Twitter that this happened and I felt special...
I had this song stuck in my head all week.
What's your favorite thing about vacations?
love, elizabeth
