History Channel, I wish I knew how to quit you. I am so completely head-over-heels addicted to American Pickers, I may need to start attending meetings. Because besides the whole finding amazing historical treasures in barns and attics thing, there’s Mike Wolfe. Seriously, how do pack that much handsome into a glorified antiquer?
Also, thanks to Mike, I have some key new phrases to work into my everyday conversations. Phrases like…
“That’s killer.”
and
“These vintage wall sconces are smokin’!”
and
“I’m like a one-eyed dog in a meat factory.”
and my personal favorite…
“It was hotter than a goat’s butt in a pepper patch!”
