A statue of the park’s namesake, the great poet and playwright Friedrich von Schiller.
Some more of what is rapidly becoming my favorite kind of graffiti, the public declaration of love.
When we stopped at the grocery store on the way home, I stopped Kyle in the condiment aisle, next to the mayonnaise. “Can you believe,” I asked. “That we’ve been together nearly 7 years, all of the life that has happened, that we’re standing here in the grocery store together, still in love, after all this time? Can you believe that?”
He couldn’t.
love, elizabeth

One of my fondest childhood memories is of chasing a boy around my friends house while swinging a croquet mallet over my head because he said some smart ass remark. Ah the good ol' days. Thanks for helping me remember that. :)
you two are cute! :)
What a delightful story you are living! Thanks for joining my group...I'm now a member of yours! I am a sucker for Love Stories and what a magical story you two are telling!
Hugs~
I would just like to point out that 6-ish years ago, I had complete faith in the two of you. So glad you're still going strong. Love you both ~K
Awe, this is such a sweet post!!
I love it!
You're such a cute couple!
I, on the other hand, went to public school and know ALL of the rules to croquet. We totally played that all the time.
I love you, Sarah!!!
Elizabeth, what a great post. Great pictures. Great love.
It isn't my fault you don't know the rules to croquet. I am pretty sure it isn't my fault.
Supah dupah cute :) You two just melt my heart.
Ah, I haven't played this game since I was in elementary school! I love all the pretty colors in the game.
Looks like a beautiful park...the grass is so green!
Aww cute photos! I haven't played croquet or carved my initials into anything in forever. Adding it to the list. :)

How super cute and adorable are you both as a couple...love this!!! Looks like a super fun time...I haven't played croquet since I was a child, fun!
Liesl :)
You two are so cute together! I love that you played croquet. I feel like I need to dress all fancy and British-like when I play (which I haven't. sad day!). You know, eat tea and crumpets afterward or something, haha.
